Add in co-headliners Laura Lexx and Julien Deane and you know you’re in for one of those very special evenings!

Is there anything Laura Lexx can’t do?!

Natural and versatile, she combines brilliant stage presence with a cheeky charm.

TV credits include Live At The Apollo, Hypothetical, Mock the Week and Roast Battle. Following critically-acclaimed runs of her shows Trying and Knee Jerk, Laura won Best Performer in the Comedian’s Choice Awards at the 2018 and 2019 Edinburgh Fringe. She was also named in the Top 10 of Dave’s Funniest Joke of the Fringe in 2018 and Trying transferred to the Soho Theatre in London in 2019.

She won Best MC in the 2017 Comic’s Comic Awards and was nominated as Best Compere in the 2016, 2017 & 2018 Chortle Comedy Awards. She has gigged at comedy clubs and festivals all over the world as well as providing tour support for John Bishop, Jason Manford, Tim Vine and Russell Kane.

She has also written her first novel Klopp Actually: (Imaginary) Life with Football’s Most Sensible Heartthrob, and has had a comedy drama series optioned for television.

Glad she’s joining us on the Big Mouth stage?  You bet!

Widely celebrated for his ingenious punchlines, Julian Deane is an award-winning British stand up comedian and writer. Within a few years of starting stand up comedy, he was named Best New Comedian by the Comedy Café in London and won the ITV Stand Up Hero and the Laughing Horse New Act of the Year competitions.

He is also an in-demand writer, with his credits including Never Mind the Buzzcocks (BBC Two), Mock the Week (BBC Two), Matt Forde’s Unspun (Dave) and Morgan Spurlock’s New Britannia (Sky Atlantic).
