It’s CHRISTMAS and what better way to kick off the festivities than with a night at Big Mouth Comedy Club?

Whether you’re celebrating with colleagues, friends or family, it’s the perfect Christmas night out.

Larger than life MC Freddy Quinne will be joined by an all star line up with Lost Voice Guy, Simon Wozniak and Mad Ron.

Lost Voice Guy needs no introduction.  As winner of Britain’s Got Talent in 2018, he won the nation’s hearts and minds with his searingly funny act – despite being unable to speak as a result of cerebral palsy.   An absolute legend on the circuit, we’re over the moon he’s joining us on this our first of three Christmas specials.

Simon Wozniak had us in tears of laughter last time he played.   Liverpool through and through, his brilliant everyday observations are just hilarious.  Passionate, charismatic and one of our absolute favourites.

Mad Ron?  The clue’s in the name.    A brilliant comic creation of Steve Lee.

The Noise Next Door are quite simply the UK’s best improv group.   You’ll be blown away by their unnerving ability to write hilarious material on the spot in response to answers from the audience.

‘Sublime’ Chortle *****

‘Genius’ Fringe Review

‘Hilarious’ The Telegraph *****

A full-on 100mph comedian, comic Terry Alderton uses his body and an immense and unique vocal range to hurtle audiences through an ad-libbed riot of exuberant, loose-limbed physical comedy at its very best.

Local legend Fran Garrity is our man in the middle.   Teesside humour that you will love to bits!

“Reason alone to attend a comedy night is having Matt Reed as MC” BBC Newcastle

Rob Deering is a fabulous comedian – once seen, never forgotten!   One of the most exciting musical acts on the circuit, he does stuff with loops and pedals and songs that are just genius. Clever, funny and charming, he’s also won Celebrity Mastermind and The Weakest Link.

‘Truly wonderful stand up’ Sunday Times

A highly distinctive performer and deft writer of finely crafted jokes, Peter Brush unassumingly takes the stage with his slight bespectacled frame and scruffy hair, before consummately conquering it with an arsenal of razor sharp quirky one-liners and peerlessly original routines, all delivered in an amusingly awkward fashion.

“Yorkshire’s answer to Woody Allen” Harrogate Advertiser

Check back soon for details of our comic in the middle.

After the comedy, we serve proper old school pie & peas (veggie/vegan & gluten free options available) with a disco till late.  It’s the perfect way to see in the New Year. This is always a sell-out, so don’t leave it too late to book tickets!

‘Lightening fast comic mind’ Chortle

‘Brilliant characterisations’ The Independent

‘Brilliant’ Time Out

Live at the Apollo star Brennan Reece is one of the brightest comics to come out of the North West. With his quick wit and cheeky charm, Brennan is able say some of the worst things, and you’ll still go away wanting to introduce him to your Mum.

‘If there is a future, I really hope that this is what its comedy looks like.’ ***** VoiceMag.uk

‘Hilarious’ ****½ Chortle.co.uk

‘Superb’ **** List

Khalid Winter combines his career as a comedian with his day job as an archaeologist.  It’s a unique combination that provides great material.  His comedy contains thoughtful social commentary but always from a personal perspective.

“Winter’s strength is in his eye for a good line. Beautifully written with just the right mix of accuracy, understatement and humour.” – Notts Comedy Review

Last time Simon Wozniak played Big Mouth he had the entire room in tears of laughter

Cheerfully self-deprecating, his frenetic and opinionated style have catapulted him into the limelight and he’s loving every minute of it! Simon is a comic who is confident with joke structure and can use his skills to present unpredictable punchlines which take the wind out of his audience.  Can’t recommend highly enough!
